Environment management system certification

NSY strictly abides by the laws and regulations and sticks to running a green plant with emission compliance rate of 100% and legal compliance rate of 100%"

Countermeasures to VOC & stink

"Caring for the environment, NSY uses water-based paint and deodorizes the exhaust with secondary combustion with the effeciency of over 95% and the removal rate of benzenes of 98%. All the heating equipments of NSY utilize the clean energy (natural gas) and this effectively reduces the emission of VOC."

Measures to noise

Plant noise comes mainly from the stamping machines. NSY applies the airtight fence to reduce the noise by 20%.

Measures to energy saving

1. Reconstruction of variable frequency constant voltage output of air compressor system

Result: the pressure is output steadily, idling is reduced and the cost decreased (electricity consumption decreases by 5%-10%)

2. Constant pressure water supply system of cooling tower

result: water pressure goes steady and the electricity consumption is reduced by 30%)
